Golden-green oil with a green fruity aroma with clean notes of tomato and apple with hints of freshly cut grass and green almonds. Its flavour is fresh, with green notes and an elegant and balanced bitterness and spiciness, typical of its natural antioxidants.

Made mainly from Picual mountain olives. From organic farming, in the complete absence of synthetic chemical fertilizers and pesticides, within the Sierra de Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas Natural Park, Jaén.
